Water On Mars---Take 2

Still no replies to my earlier question (December 6).
How can there be water, or even ice, on Mars at that pressure?
Anyone???

You may want to make sure of that figure for surface preasures on Mars. Also they will vary from the top of Olympus Mons to the bottom of its crack by about 16 k.
