Something that never occured to me until I looked at the picture NGC 613 > is that it looks as if the several arms of the galaxy are above the > galactic plane and acutally rotating slowly in a perpendicular plane to > the that. Of course my first thought, it is just the perspective. Then > of course I ask but could it be. Why not? If so what does it say?
