A queer Vermeer

I just noticed the objects in the far right corner of the anniversary APOD 
. On the wall is a "painting" I suppose of what appears to be a space telescope, and on the floor are more "Vermeer's" of Jupiter, the sun painted from a filtered image, and a few more things that show us again just how advanced an artist (and scientist, I guess) Vermeer was!
