I prefer a hearty breakfast. Therefore, yesterday I ate some baked potatoes with grilled vegetables and a few chicken wings (also grilled). Breakfast was late, around 10 am. They managed to cook everything. And for today we are still considering the menu.

I love a lot of fruit and berries with my oatmeal, and I like a slice of rye bread with sliced eggs, pickled herring and cod roe in tomato sauce, as well as a few cherry tomatoes, some sliced cucumber, sliced leek and a few small pieces of uncooked broccoli. And that's a smallish glass of orange juice and a coffee cup of "filmjölk" - a Swedish kind of yoghurt that tastes much better than yoghurt. And that's my trusted old Superman teacup that my best friend gave to me years and years ago.

And my kitchen table is beyond terribly cluttered!
