This is a narrow-field image of the Cocoon Nebula, IC 5146. It started out as an SHO Hubble Palette narrowband image. You don't see Hubble Palette images of the Cocoon, probably because of visually unappealing color. But with the addition of RGB stars and several layers of color also from the RGB image, it looks a bit more presentable.

Blue Horsehead Nebula - IC 4592

IC 4592 (also known as the Blue Horsehead Nebula) is a reflection nebula in the Scorpius constellation that is lit by Nu Scorpii.
