Yes, that's in Washington, DC. (You're not the only one who gets state and city mixed up!!)
If you see a street address, the "Washington" will usually refer to DC unless there's another city mentioned right before "Washington."
And ~~~ sigh ~~~ that is so close to me! But day job and all, it might as well be in the other Washington.

As for me, at 2:00 i will be in a dentist's chair, getting a dose of nova cane, in preparation of the removal of a black hole in one of my pearly whites.

I had hoped that I might be able to watch it, but I can't get streaming tv on my tablet, it seems (I've just tried) and it's my only internet connection at present.
Is there any way of watching later, does anyone know? Ideally, downloading it to cope with spotty internet?
