The single designation of N44 refers to the whole complex while NGC 1935 only refers to a small part of it.

Phil Plait featured this last year and called it a space jellyfish but I think it looks like a big, fluffy, calico cat paw smacking the surface of some water.

This is one of my favourite obscure planetary nebulae in Cassiopeia. Interestingly, I also posted this image last year. Great minds think alike! :D

I saw that, but it was a little bit differently processed and not quite as striking. Or maybe it's a deeper image? Not sure, so I decided to re-post.

The image you have posted is exactly identical to the one I posted, no changes in processing.

Oh I thought you meant the NOAO image. You're right, I did post those images but I did also post the NOAO one as well.

I tried searching for it even after you mentioned this and I still can't seem to find it. Maybe it's lacking the keyword HFG1 or maybe Google search is just failing me...

There is a possibility that I have never posted the NOAO image for some reason?!

NGC 3750 is the elliptical galaxy at the centre of the image. Interestingly, this compact group might be a physical group of 8 or 9 galaxies!!
