New nebula discovery around Star V2493Cyg in NGC 7000

Post by ROSA » Thu Jul 04, 2013 12:17 pm

Hello List,

my Name is Knut Schaeffner from Germany, in the night from 28.06. to 29.06 2013 I saw in the NGC 7000 nebula a new object was brighter then ever.
My telescope are in southern France and will be used remote.

The Image was taken with 16" Astrograph f3.6 and STL 11k on DDM85 Mount. 230 min Ha and L 130 min RGB.

Around the variable star V2493 Cyg are now a bright nebula are visible. See http://www.rosa-remote.com/213.0.html
I send this discovery to the IAU but no answer until. We will see....
Also the "Tautenburg Observatory" in Germany look for that and the Dr.Eike Guenther take one Spektrum of the star.

It`s look like the star has a bigger outburst and the the gas outside now are more luminated as before.
The Story is like the discovery of the nebula MacNeil in M78.
If somebody will be more Information or Images / subframes. Tell me and I can post it.

please looked to this new nebula in this time.....
I hope to hear from the IAU.

regards
Knut Schaeffner
