I just found this, on the blog of Saskatoon Police Service, and feel like sharing it.In my line of work, it’s not often that you can arrest somebody on multiple occasions and end up being friends with them. But such was the case with Alvin. Many of us officers, especially those who’ve worked in Central Division and the downtown area, have become like an extended family to Alvin over the years.
