And now, how do we overcome 2012? Are you a follower of Starship Asterisk? You have been lucky!. Those who me donate their photographic and astronomic equipments will have, close to their families, a place in the spaceship that will land in the garden of my house the next winter solstice, proceeding from a planet that is to the return of the corner, but in another dimension. // ¿Y ahora, cómo superamos el 2012? ¿Eres seguidor de Starship Asterisk? ¡Has tenido suerte!.

I've been using Armageddon in the classroom for years... surely one of the worst movies of all time, but laughable in a MST 3000 way. With middle school students, we tear apart the (really!) bad science (and the bad acting) from beginning to end. It's a great tool for honing some critical thinking skills.
