UFOs!

Post by saturno2 » Wed Jun 27, 2012 5:16 pm

There are scientific arguments that UFOs exist?
And how aliens are traveling, if humans would take over 30,000 years to reach Proxima Centauri is the nearest star ( other that Sun ).
I think that have a speed limit, wich can travel a living , without desintegrating, so I see difficult a trip from distant galaxies to planet Earth.

UFOs are unidentified objects seen in the sky, and they certainly exist.

The existence of "UFOs" as a colloquialism meaning some sort of alien spacecraft is entirely unsupported by any objective evidence at all. There's no reason to think that technology can't be developed allowing spacecraft to move at very close to the speed of light, and therefore to make travel times between stars arbitrarily short for the travelers themselves. But those travelers would be temporally disconnected by hundreds or thousands of years from those they left behind.

Suffice to say, there's nothing to suggest that either aliens or their robotic probes have ever been to Earth, or anyplace else in the Solar System where we might have detected them.

Obama Better Than Romney at Defending Earth from Alien Attack

<<Nearly two in three Americans think President Barack Obama would be better than Republican rival Mitt Romney in dealing with an alien invasion, according to a poll done by the National Geographic Channel. Surely, this is in response to the claim that Obama was teleported to Mars as a youth to meet and greet the Martians living there. In addition, 36% of Americans believe UFOs exist, and 11% claim they have actually seen one, and 20% said they know someone who has seen one, the poll also determined.

In May, the NGC contacted 1,114 adults across the United States to conduct an opinion poll for its new documentary series “Chasing UFOs.” The show premiers Friday with Texas and Colorado residents describing their encounters with mysterious flying objects. Hopefully there will be some science and reality behind this new series. The Houston Chronicle says the new series is a lot like the show “Finding Bigfoot,” and is by the same producers.>>

I think it depends on whether the attacking aliens are Mormons or Church of Christ. Personally, I think they'll be followers of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and either leader will be in deep doo-doo (or deep pesto).

We just need to make sure there is a good supply of anti-pesto at hand.

Hmmmmmm, National Geographic meant it as a joke, or not

Democrats would just make some new rules about Aliens having a say in the Government actions, aliens would like to vote and be happy to have their rights defendet.
Republicans would Aliens preach into submission or kill them with holy water.

Spaghetti-meatballs-monsters would be too scared to come to earthians loving pasta because loosing balls is just awful!

Mars is kinda a boring planet anyway:

Well, well
Then, there are UFOs , unidentified flying objects.
I think they are an robotic energy, remote control from Earth or from some distant unknown planet.
I say energy because they move in all directions at high speed

But does it really matter which direction energy moves at, at any speed :?:
