Various views of Planet Venus

This is the frame combining all possible views of Planet Venus as seen from Earth...
Planet Venus - 2nd Planet from the Sun just before Earth.
Being a inner planet in solar system (present before Earth towards the Sun) we can see it only around Sunrise & Sunset, There it appears like a Bright Star in sky. The brightness is because of Atmosphere of Venus reflecting most of the sunlight falling on it. When viewed through Telescope the same bright looking planet Venus appears like a crescent moon shape. The only chance for observer on earth to see the full disc of Venus is during Venus Transit...as seen on 6th Jun 2012...
