That's neat, geckzilla. Even though we seem to be micro in the big vastness of things, we are also macro. No wonder we're all screwed up. Our macro thoughts are too big for our micro being. Oh-well, as Walter Cronkite used to say.... "That's the way it is."

I like the Saganification here, and I like the Beyondification, too. Both speak words of wisdom. Thanks for posting the Sagan vimeo, geckzilla.
I feel like posting a bit of Beatles here, make that a bit of Paul McCartney. I'm not sure his words are as wise as Sagan's or Beyond's, but his song is nice.

Those were Neil Degrasse Tyson's words. I'm amused at how he's not only compared by many to Sagan but is starting to gain a bit of a cult following just like Sagan.

Beyondification Words of wisdom That is so unlike me I really don't know what came over me. Must have been the nice days we've been having here lately. I used to think Paul McCartney's song was about Catholicism until i found out many years later that Paul's mother's name was Mary and that he was singing about her wisdom.
