in this picture of IC410

my friend Roberto Barcellona noticed a strage object an elongated star with a surrounding nebula at 05 22 35.422 +33 25 36.90:

The image was taken with a Canon Eos 450D on a Skywatcher Newton 200/1000, 15x420s @800ISO, 22/12/2011.
Simbad database doesn't find any deep-sky object there.
Could anyone help me in identifying it?
