How does one make an APOD recommendation? (Solar Flares)

Hello,

Having found the APOD FAQ: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap_faq.html I looked for how to submit a suggestion and didn't find a response.
Is there a submission form or person to contact?

In view of the current wave of solar activity I was thinking that it might be helpful for the general public to see this video posted today on Universetoday.com: http://www.universetoday.com/88013/how- ... ar-flares/

I think you just post about your pic.
It's worked for me, once, but so quickl;y I tink the APOD Robot alreday had it in its sights.
