You need 10 posts to become a fully registered user. Helps us weed out the bad guys since 10 posts is too much work for them.

Click:
- User Control Panel, which is in the upper left corner of the screen
- Profile, which is one of the tabs you'll see in the User Control Panel
- Edit avatar, which is one of the options listed on the left side of the screen
- Then fill out the form there as appropriate, and click Submit
