APOD Google desktop gadget

Does anyone else have the APOD Google Desktop gadget on their computer? It is one of the more popular ones, and I've had it for a few years. But it seems to have quit working on January 26, 2011 and has said "could no load data" ever since. Trying to see if anyone else is showing the same or not?

It's not working for me either, and I can't find any info about why not. It just says "can't load data".

I've read the same on the google page from a few people. I guess it's finished.
