We dropped a monolith on this forum today and sent it instantly into a new stage in evolution. No longer will the goal of the forum be to attempt to find suitable APOD images. Now it is the place to share and discuss all forms of sky photography, be it the latest release from one of NASA's famous missions or shots taken from your own backyard. Maybe you are wondering how to get started on your own astrophotography? Maybe you saw something strange in the sky and would like it identified? Ask away! This will hopefully make this forum more useful and active. Enjoy.
