Seas of natural gas cover ‘flammable’ Titan

There is a moon out there that has seas of natural gas...

We humans love to do that.

Once we use that up.

We look for other planets.

Solar cells are pretty useless so design a Mars Rover (with an oxygen tank?)
that could safely use local fuels to propel itself and generate electricity.

Exactly. We have enough oxygen in our atmosphere to run our automobiles for another 10 or 15 years at least.
