When the Soyuz spacecraft docks with the ISS on 5/29/09, the ISS will have a crew of 6 for Expedition 20 and all those after.

When STS-127 Endeavor flies, scheduled for 6/13/09, it will have a crew of 7.

When that happens, will that be the most humans ever in space at one time?

Amazing, when you think about it.

Simply natural progression, such as the natural progression from the first experimental heavier than air flights to the new Airbus, from a canoe to an ocean liner. Hundreds of people aboard space ships have been envisioned for decades, and rightly so. I can easily picture thousands.
