I think you are right, just the tip of the Horn, although I did not recognize it at first because of the low angle, and direction (looking north-east). If you could see more of it, or Yemen across the water to the left, it would be clearer. How did you happen to notice?
Next time you are in Google Earth, try zooming out instead of in. You will discover that the constellations are in the background of stars also. (If you haven't already tried it) Rotate to the south pole and zoom out to find Polaris and the Little Dipper and go from there.
