Microwave Spectra of Molecular Clouds

Thank you so much for the discussion of the microwave spectra of molecular clouds. It is through such discussions and information that the non astronomer really learns astronomy without the requirement to struggle through mathematical astrophysics, which so many of us are not trained to do.
I am always curious as to where all that mass originated and the processes involved. What happens to the sun and the climate on the planets when the solar system blunders into such a cloud is also of interest and could offer alternative explanations of variations in climate through geological time on earth.
It seems quite clear though, that the molecules in those clouds are the precursors to life and that life is, in fact, everywhere in the universe.
