Comet Holmes: Orbital Parameters

Does anyone know if the orbital parameters of Comet Holmes have been calculated?

In particular, I would like to know if the velocity of the comet changed from before the explosion to after.

I believe JPL has some information. Maybe they have more, but I didn't look any further.
