Beignet (ben'ya), it looks like a New Orleans French Quarter Cafe DuMond Beignet covered in powdered sugar. YUM!

My first impulse was "Toasted Marshmallow," but when I looked at it again, it reminded me of accidentally (or not) catching your marshmallow on fire when you are toasting it. I'm going with "Flaming Marshmallow."
