To me the Nebula could be named the Cloud Nebula or the Cumulus Nebula and going a bit farther in imagination the Cauliflower Nebula

With this particular image, definitely Cotton Candy Nebula was the only thing that came to mind.

I would call it, the "Pillow Nebula", on account of the fact that is has four corners and looks to be very fluffy.
