Main targets: M42, Horsehead and Flame Nebulae, Witch Head Nebula
I would like to start the winter season of this region with photo from this morning. Due to the fog there was not much time, so at least 30 minutes of data and the very first photo of this region shoot on the modified 6D. At the same time, this is the first piece of the mosaic, which will be the main theme of this winter.

Copyright: Matt Dieterich I still cannot believe how bright and beautiful Comet NEOWISE was under dark skies from Craters of the Moon National Monument. The blue ion tail extended nearly the entire field of view through the 50mm lens. I shot this 45 second exposure with a Nikon Z6 and was shocked to record some of the strongest bands of green airglow I've ever seen. If you have an interest in visiting Idaho there's a lot to explore for nature lovers!

Cepheus Pilars (NGC7822) in Hα-SII/OIII/OIII+rgb.

It's a mosaic of 2x1 panels providing a original drizzle resolution of 12K and reduced to 3k for showing purposes.

More than 160 hours of integration time in two panels of 80 hours each one to reveal that detail and structures.
It was captured in 18 sessions, between September 10th and October 15th with my dual setup.

Note: the full NB image is at top, underneath that is the pure RGB and beneath that is the h-alpha.

A total of 67 hours of imaging time across the four panels. Processed in PixInsight and Photoshop. I used StarNet++ to help with stretching the RGB and not blow out the stars. I hope you like it!

Hey all,

Happy to present the first light image from a semi-dual scope imaging rig that my partner and I setup at a remote observatory. The reason for doing so was to maximize the available night sky time utilizing resources we readily had between the two of us. The system consist of:

Primary - Planewave 14" CDK/Paramount ME2/FLI PL16803 with Chroma filters

Secondary - Stellarvue 130/Paramount Mx+/ASI533MC (also on this setup is a SV70/SX 694 Trius; Askar ACL200/Canon 6d full spectrum).

So the thought is, the Planewave will acquire Lum subs on a target while the SV130 acquires OSC data. Using this, we got 15 hours in just two days on a target that rose after midnight! The data came together quite well, and without further adieu, the "Ghoul" nebula for Halloween:

ISS, Jupiter, and Galilean moons and the eclipses of Europa

Sky Watcher 250pds + SW EQ6R-Pro + QHY5III 462c + QHY IR 850nm + Celestron Xcel LX Barlow 3X + ZWO EAF
Stacked of 10% of 1 videos of 8.000 frames.
Autostakkert3, Registax6, Pixinsight and PS
ImageJ was used to determine the image scale using as a reference the known diameter of Plato Crater, which is of 2.2 pix/km.

Full Moon rising at sunset behind Pikes Peak, Colorado, sometimes known as America's Mountain, perhaps because the view from the top (14,115 feet) inspired Katharine Lee Bates to write America the Beautiful. This is, of course, an infamous "Blue Moon" (infamous because the astronomically savvy know that there's nothing very special about there being two full Moons in a month, and also know that the whole Blue Moon thing is a recent invention). The edge of the Belt of Venus is visible across the top.

Shot with a Canon 7D and zoom lens at 240mm. Stack of two exposures, 1/200 s and 1/60 s to capture full dynamic range. Camera was 24 miles west of the mountain.
