Definitely the Marshmallow.
Possibly the StayPuft Marshmallow, or the Campfire Marshmallow.

My vote is for toasted "Marshmellow Nebula". I can toast a marshmellow to look almost identical.
I also thought it looked like Fatso, Caspers uncle.
