Look at pictures of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade balloon.
The star is one eye.

Nope, with all that chilly condensation around it, it's definitely one of those fancy Italian ice-creams, in a biscuit cone. It's so vivid it could even be a stylised sign for a shop. Ice-cream cone nebula or ice-cream nebula it should be.
