Looks like Roger Hargreaves' Mr Messy standing on the South Pole of Jupiter. But that's impossible -- Mr Messy isn't that big, nor is he real, nor could anyone stand on Jupiter. I'm going with "optical aberration". Maybe your camera needs a visit from Mr Neat & Mr Tidy?

The Jupiter First Party's first nuclear test was just a bit too large. There are fewer of them now.
