Do you know at what distance was the picture taken? Strangely they didn't state it in the caption as usual. Thanks

About 238,000 miles (383,000 kilometers) from Ceres (about the distance from Earth to the Moon).

A silly question that I believe was answered by the distance question posted answer, but I was not sure what took these video frames? I now assume that it was the Dawn spacecraft.

Yes, they were taken by
Dawn's Framing Camera, basically its eyes, used for navigation.
