As this nebula looks somewhat like a brain it could be called "The Brain of Morbius" after the classic Dr Who adventure in which the eponymous hero fought the disembodied brain of a Time Lord tyrant?

Well, the very first thing that came to my mind was a Flying Squirrel, so I'll throw my hat into the "Rocket J. Squirrel" Flying Squirrel ring.
For those maybe not old enough to know, Rocket J. Squirrel was the full name of Rocky squirrel from Rocky & Bullwinkle.
Maybe it should be named the "Rocky" Planetary Nebula
