Don't know! Never tried to quit! I did cold turkey on cigarettes 23 years ago though; and never touched one since!

But on tobacco?!? I can heartily recommend substituting some type of bread as being a vast improvement.

I find that plugging the hole with icing works, but you should also not be using fresh-sliced tomatoes on a donut. Instead, slice them thin and dry them on a wire rack in a low-heat oven until they're a bit leathery. This enhances their sweetness and makes them less drippy at the same time. "Sun"-dried tomatoes laid on a sour-cream icing on a whole wheat cake donut -- it's scrumptious.

OK then. But anyway, this might revive the topic on more than one front. It caught my eye & I figured it'd be GREAT news for certain parties - but alas, when opened from the small print of its initial appearance, realized it didn't say 'StrOnger'. So....perhaps with a tad less superlavism - nonetheless, awaken ye toroidoists, and rejoice - a pinnacle beacons!! (You even get to see Elvis!!!)

I took an early walk this morning before the looming rainstorm. It was going to be a short walk more of a recon walk. I am on vacation for several weeks and I need-want to get back in the zone of 24/7 photographing while I'm off. I wanted to get a sense of the valley in preparation for the week. Right off the bat, bobcat on the hill. A very good sign altho the bobcat was too far up the hill for the pending storm. I pressed on to do a loop of some trails. The aroma of skunk lured me to a grove of trees and I got a glance of a Great Horned Owl with a scrap of skunk hanging out of its beck. The smell confirmed. This image is very grainy but I like it for a document of the owl's meal. I watch the owl quickly finish its meal. And adjusted my flash for a few attempts at handheld images of the owl. I need practice dialing in the flash to be more fill rather than hot light. I was not expecting to stay long so no tripod...note to self: I should always bring tripod regardless of time. Another note to self: save up for a quantum turbo battery pack for the flash, 'cause I'm getting tired of what I think are fresh batteries yet flash not firing off on every frame.

Apparently bugs of various sizes hitting the Great Horned Owl's body,
