Pyramid Ice Crystal Halos Over Finland (APOD 18 Jun 2008)

I've seen Sun Halos before but never like this. http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap080618.html Very interesting how there are different size halos surrounding the Sun in this neat photo. Does this phenomenon happen very often in the colder regions?

You know; It kind of reminds me of a monstrous eye looking at an object through a magnifying glass.
