snow
What is the reason for the occuring of snow only in some parts of our globe? See it in the angle of rotation of the earth.

one of three requirements or a combination thereof is necessary to get snow.
1) Season. (Snow seldom falls in the summertime)
2) Latitude. (Snow seldom falls in tropical regions)
3) Altitude. (Snow can fall anywhere above a certain altitude)
Mt Kilimanjaro lies very near the equater in the tropical regions yet it has snow. I believe the altitude limit is 12000-14000 ft to get snow in tropical regions but as latitude increases, required altitude decreases.
