What is controlling the shape of the storm?.

It looks like a grvity control.

Do the both poles have this storm?

If not

Why not?

Do we have other images?

nice images http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/catalog/PIA07784 unfortunately, everything beyond 83deg is masked out but thanks for the link anyway.
