confused and wondering

I just registered because i wanted to ask someone used to watching the sky about an image, no, an "orb" of some kind in the ENE sky from the west coast of florida...the "light" in the sky was immobile and appeared to present in a prism set of light flickering...I'm not kidding here, i don't know what to make of it, in the small powered telescope i have i could really see the flickering red and blue lights. can someone already know what this is in the sky or is there a phenomena out there and no one noticed....thanks for reading
