Hi everyone,
Forgive me but I just wanted you to know of the passing of my kitty Scrappy. She was 17 and she spent uncountable hours stargazing with me and snuggling with me as I read astronomy texts and APOD She was my family and my best friend and I will miss her. I just wanted to share this with you my APOD friends.

We got a doggy! We adopted him from Paws and Claws! He is beautiful! He is about the same size as Magic was! When I get some time I will send a picture I am really Happy!

Hi! His name is Grover and is 9 years old! There is a story about his life! He was a Companion dog for a woman that was less fortunate. She needs human care facilities and can't have a dog! I really feel sad for her! The owner of the dog then put him up for adoption! We were fortunate to give him a home! He is very friendly and loving! I don' know if this woman is adept at surfing the internet; so no picture for now!

HI; Meet Grover:

The woman who he oversaw was told that he was adopted out so; i
guess she is OK with it! She would like the old collar back though!
My wife io looking for it now as we replaced it yesterday!
Grover is quite laid back most of the time! He likes to follow me
around and stays by my side most of the time!

Live and learn; he's not as laid back as I thought! His farvorite is to
beg for kibbles! I think he can do this all day

Then he gives you that I'm so cute look!

He still likes to be by my side, and follows me around!

I found out more about Grover from my vet,! Today is Grover's B-Day he is 7 years old today.

Bojo is literally drooling to get at his doggy-style birthday cake to celebrate his 7th birthday.

He will get to see his brother Brutus later today to play and properly mark their milestone.

Adora, Ilana, Hidalgo, Haley, Robin, Tevya, Yentl, Chili, Kaz, Rigel, Prince. And not shown, a couple of barn cats to timid to pose for pictures. And we're looking to rescue another Great Dane in the next few weeks.

I love this! We used to do the same when I was a child. At one time we had 3 dogs, 7 cats and a rabbit named Leroy! Sadly, we came home one day and discovered Leroy had passed as one of the neighbors dogs (a doberman) has escaped his yard, entered ours, and stood in front of Leroy's cage. Poor Leroy died of fright...
