Is the energy emitted by blackholes proportional to the matter swallowed according to Einstein's equation ?

As phrased, that question is meaningless. Black holes don't emit energy, except for Hawking radiation (which is strongly supported by theory, but has not been experimentally or observationally verified). Even ordinary bodies like stars or planets don't emit energy proportional to their mass or to mass changes from accumulated matter.
