Widefield Milkyway - A Starless Edition :)

Image
Widefield Milkyway Mosaic - Starless Edition by Deepanshu Arora, on Flickr

This was done using Canon EOS Ra and Sigma 40mm f/1.4 Art lens. 4 panels data was collected and stitched to get even wider FoV. Starless version was primarily created to help boost the faint nebulosity in the final image, but I ended up liking the starless version lot more than one with stars. Many of the emission nebulas can be seen clearly with their precise shapes, for example Cat's Paw.
