Remotely possible, but exceedingly unlikely. The results came from a single experiment that couldn't be replicated. That's generally been the case. So, all engineers from Dresden University in Germany did not find any value of the thrust. The thrust is equal 0 Newton.
Or it is very small value. This construction is not for real rocket engine.
