The sunspot AR2740 is swimming in the granulation sea.
A typical light bridge can bee seen inside the sunspot.

Encounter of astrophotography
A single frame of 60 seconds, processed the image of the landscape and the sky separately, did not leave trace of the image of my tele because it was on top of an equatorial mount taking photo of antares.

There is M 63 Galaxy, captured in my observatory near Kyiv, Ukraine. Scope - 350 mm Newton, camera SBIG 8300 STT. Worked out by PixInsight. L- 75x600 sec, RGB - 75x600 in each filter.
Re: Submission: 2019 May
It's a great picture. I love the huge halo of faint old stars that surrounds the visibly bright galaxy. It is worth noticing that M63 is a flocculent galaxy, which has short arm segments instead of long, flowing arms, and other flocculent galaxies too have been shown to be surrounded by huge halos.Star_Digger wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 6:46 pm There is M 63 Galaxy, captured in my observatory near Kyiv, Ukraine. TRegion of Antares
I did a very light processing to not take too much of the originality of the image,
Antares comes from Anti-Ares (Anti-Mars), "rival of Mars", by its similar tonality,
It has a mass between 15 to 18 times the solar mass.
IMAGE WITH BETTER QUALITY - try to open on the pc
