Since no one else has yet suggested it, a Maelstrom of Black Holes.

Just as zero is not equal to infinity, everything coming from nothing is illogical.

Perhaps:
a lace
an emmental (Swiss Cheese)
a hawking (in his honor)
an event
a horizon
a consternation (takeoff on constellation; also stern = star in German)
a concavum (see http://www.majstro.com/dictionaries/Latin-English/cavum)

Since a group of ravens is called a "conspiracy", and a group of crows (also black) is called a "murder", i vote for a group of black holes to called either a "plot" (which has both the scheming and the cemetery parcel connotations), or a "collusion" (which also has the first four letters of "collapsed").

- There is no "collusion."

I like these alliterative possibilities:
a blunderbuss of black holes
a blockbuster of black holes
a blowout of black holes
a blitz of black holes
a blunderbuss of black holes
a blockbuster of black holes
a blowout of black holes
a blitz of black holes

I would go with a "Cauldron of Black Holes". It boils and bubbles all the time...
Though a "Plurality" of singularities does have a touch of irony, humour and logic all in one.

a whole bunch of black holes
Re: APOD: A Plurality of Singularities at the... (2018 May 12)
it's obvious (to me) now:
the collective for ghostly black holes should be a "haunt".
the collective for ghostly black holes should be a "haunt".
