Guest Forum Permissions

I have disabled posting access for guests in the following forums:
The Communications Center: Breaking Science News
The Asterisk Café: Discuss Anything Astronomy Related
Open Space: Discuss Anything

It was becoming too tedious and burdensome to moderate guest posters in these sections. Repeat offenders and ban evaders frequently use guest accounts and cycle through IPs to post there. Guests remain welcome to submit images in the image section or discuss APODs or anything in the other forums.

Guest users wishing to post in the restricted forums are also welcome to create new user accounts before participating. This shifts some of the burden from the moderators to individual users as it is much more tedious to become a repeat offender if a new user account must be created every time it is banned.
