I've seen it called Medieval Astonomy or Medieval Astronomer. I like to call it The Cheeky Astronomer - daring to try to discover the secrets of God's universe. By the way there are coloured examples on the Internet, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmos.

I like his Universion. Well "Universum" I mean. Does that mean Univision from Latin

From the book page just under the illustration is the following:

From that description of the image the obvious title is:

"The Point Where Heaven & Earth Touch ..."

Reminds me of Ezekiel's vision of the 'wheel within a wheel' in the Bible (Ezekiel 1:6)

I concur w/ above. I've seen this illustration as a depiction of Ezekiel's vision of God (the most detailed theophany, I gather, in the Bible). Although the illustrator may have used considerable artistic license, I think it's hard to argue that, given the unmistakable and prominent wheel-within-a-wheel, his/her intent did not intent to portray this Scripture.

First Heaven is the Earths atmosphere, Second Heaven is the universe, Third is where God resides.

In 2 Enoch, Enoch travels through the seven heavens and gives geographical and visual documentation of them, describing houses, olive oil and flowers. He passes through the Garden of Eden in the Third Heaven on his way to meet a Lord in the 7th Heaven.

I'd like to propose the Title: Through Adversity To The Stars. This passage comes from the Royal Canadian Air Force motto in Latin: Per ardua ad astra.

From Wkipedia "Through adversity to the stars" or "Through struggle to the stars" is the motto of the Royal Air Force and other Commonwealth air forces such as the RAAF, RCAF, RNZAF, and the SAAF. It dates from 1912 and was used by the newly formed Royal Flying Corps.
