NGC 2626
The Emission/Reflection small nebula NGC 2626 can be seen at the upper Left of the image.
It lies near the border of the Southern constellations of Vela and Puppis.
It is embedded in a much larger Hydrogen cloud RCW 27 (seen all around the image...)
Thanks for looking!

Title: Vendicari Chimney Stack
Copyright: Dario giannobile
Site: http://www.dariogiannobile.com
This is an old chimney stack used for the old manifacturing of the tuna-fish. The fishermen caught the fish by means of the tuna-fish net where they were entraped in the death chamber. Now the place is a nature reserve : the nature reserve of Vendicari. The place was photographed under the full moon's light.

Title: Vendicari's Tower
Copyright: Dario giannobile
Site: http://www.dariogiannobile.com
The 15th century tower in the nature reserve of Vendicari (italy-Sicily) was a strategical sighting tower used for the coast defence. That night the Moon was showing itself through one of the two windows.

Good to see you back here, Vegastar! Welcome back! That's some blood Moon!
And Kfir Simon, thank you so much for a number of lovely pictures here! I think my favorite is the Wishing Well cluster seen against a wisp of red nebulosity... no, I think it is the Small Magellanic Cloud... no, I think it is NGC 2626... no, I think it is the cometary globule...
Dario giannobile, what a lovely iridescent cloud in front of the Moon!
PieterVDV, that's a great portrait of M101!
Rothkko, I love the bird over the golden clouds and the crespuscular (anti.crepuscular?) rays!
Thanks to everyone who contributed pictures here!

Hi
I got the Dragon capsule catching up to the ISS on Saturday night over Southern Ontario. They passed on each side of Jupiter.

Re: Submissions: 2014 April
That's a really beautiful image of something that has never been photographed before! Integrated flux nebulosity is found in many other constellations including Pegasus, Aries, Leo, Virgo, Apus, Octans and Libra to name a few. I would love to see a closeup of Abell 788 by Adam Block.Lorenzo Comolli wrote:Integrated Flux Nebula in UMa, near SAO 6792
