For the past couple of days I've had difficulty accessing starship asterisk from the apod page. My browser tries for a few minutes and then gives me an sql error saying that the website has too many connections, or a timeout error. Eventually I'm able to get onto the starship and things work normally, although at times a bit slowly.. Please forgive my lack of understanding of the inner workings of http. Has this been a general problem?
Thanks.

It's in the hands of MTU system admins. I don't really have any details other than a suspicion that Asterisk needs an upgrade to its engine.
Just call me "geck" because "zilla" is like a last name.
