Wow what a beautiful picture of a beautiful place taken by someone with a beautiful name!

Not rare at all, nope. I've been using Balick's PNIC page for reference. Not the prettiest of pictures but pretty comprehensive.

I use my internal database of extended features stored inside my mind!
Most of my information is gleaned from many scientific papers and having a good memory helps.

Comet ISON C/2012 S1 On November 13th, 09:41-51ut. Two dense tails at the trailing end (neg). Severe gradients (sun glare) and tree branchs at the mountain range playing havoc with my guider, Could be my last session until it wraps around the sun if all goes well.

Herbig Haro objects in IC5070 nebula
The most known is HH555 at the top of the dark pillar in the center of the field.

Comet Lovejoy, Praesepe (M44) and a meteor existed in the sky at the same time before sunrise.
It was amazing that three different kinds of sky objects appear in the capture.

Single short 5min exposure each, field of view is around 2.25x3 degree each frame, this indicate how much the tail changes in so short period of time.

Comet Lovejoy C/2013 R1 On November 14th, 09:15-25ut. Displaying a long tail and a small bulge of dust just below of it. Inset showing bow shock that has been around for many days still.
