They can't ever grow to be giant beasts because their morphology prohibits it. They would have to adopt internal skeletons and we already have snakes doing that.

DIVORCE. It's not just for humans anymore. Apparently a tortorise couple have broken up after 115 years of being together.

Had a derpy "I didn't know that" today. I've been calling lenticular galaxies elliptical. The whole time I was wondering why on earth these barred, ringed, whatever shaped galaxies would be called elliptical. I know I must have read about lenticular galaxies at some point in the past, too. Why did I ever get stuck thinking there were only spiral and elliptical galaxies? :derp: :lol2:

Now I have to go back and correct anything I've ever written on my website or flickr uploads about these galaxies I've been processing.

Geckzilla, you can avoid all the work by announcing that you made a new galaxy nomenclatura

Yeah, I'll make sure it's even more confusing than any current classification system. Henceforth I shall put them in two categories: Exciting or Boring. Bars, spirals, bulges, dust lanes... who cares. If it looks cool, it goes in the exciting category. If it looks like a blurred sphere, into the boring category it goes.

ha-ha, ok, you posted how to catch a kangaroo. Austraila is w--a--y South. Now you've got a polar bear watching TV(?) in a little igloo. That's aways North. Now if you post some penguins, that would be Wayyyyyyyyyy South.

Well, I was looking for a picture of a person looking out of an igloo, but I couldn't find one. (The person in the igloo would be me.) I was trying to illustrate the daytime temperatures we are enjoying here these days... around 15C, which, as Orin has told me, corresponds to 59F!

Of course, if I go even Way South-er, really Wayyyyyyyyyy South to Penguinland, then temperatures will be even lower, of course!

And you wouldn't even have a little igloo to huddle and shiver in.
