Help Wanted: Web display of classroom powerpoint

Post by RJN » Wed Jun 30, 2010 2:10 pm

Does anyone know of a way to display powerpoint slides from the Classroom directly on web pages, without having to download the entire PPT file? I think I have seen this around the web, but not connected it to the Astro 101 slides in Asterisk Classroom before. Perhaps Google Docs is one way, but I thought I saw something even more basic, where the first powerpoint slide just appears and one clicks on it to see the next slide. Any ideas? If so, perhaps the Astro 101 course could be even more student-friendly. - RJN

Thanks! But is there a way to display this web page right in the Classroom window of the Asterisk? Can it be like an image that you click on to get the next slide?

Yes, you can use iSpring Free to, basically, make a movie of your PowerPoint presentation that will display on a web page. IIRC, this is a free download; it's an add-in to PowerPoint.
