What is the hypothesis behind cosmic torque and what would the implications be on say, the true age of the universe?

Well, the question is about the age of The Universe, so I suppose "cosmic torque" means the spinning of the entire universe. So if the whole universe is spinning, and the age of the universe is determined by guessing how far it's expanded and how long it took to expand, he or she is wondering if there is some effect of this spin on the expansion and if so then how does it affect the calculation of the age of the universe. Maybe? Shrug.
Just call me "geck" because "zilla" is like a last name.

I'm only surprised not to find promos for a band by that name. Somebody better grab it before anyone else does. After all, I recently found Gravity Tractor.

Up here in the frozen north, people would only misread it as Cosmic Toque (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuque.)
